Our vision of HX

In many organizations, people are still seen primarily as “resources” – means to achieve goals. But people itsnot resources. They are not job profiles, not productivity figures, not cogs in a machine. People are the engine and the heart of any organization.

That is the starting point of Human Experience (HX): a vision of work in which humanity is central. HX is about how people experience work: how they feel develop, connect, find meaning and take control. A human-centered organization recognizes these four fundamental needs of every human being.

Organizations that take these needs seriously create environments where people can be themselves, dare to take responsibility and together working toward meaningful goals. That requires courage. Because truly people-centered organizing means letting go of old patterns .

Hence, we say, Bye bye Human Resources, Hello Human Experience.

Our five HX areas of expertise

HX Vision & Strategy

Bye Bye HR, Hello HX

Your vision of people ís your vision of success. In this area of expertise, we connect organizational goals to a clear HX rate, which reflects your vision of being an employer. Who do you want to be as an employer and what values do you want to radiate to your employees? This vision forms the basis for a powerful HX strategy that gives direction, sets priorities and inspires. No thick plans in a drawer, but a powerful agenda that lives, moves and touches people. This is how we make HX the beating heart of the organization.

Leadership & Organizational Design

Bye Bye island culture, Hello multidisciplinary collaboration

In an HX organization, people are at the center of everything that is organized. Leadership and structure are not there to direct, but to support. In this area of expertise , we design organizations that really help people flourish: with clear frameworks and responsibilities, shared leadership and transparent decisions. This creates an organization that shows in practice what it promises.

Growth & Performance

Bye Bye review, Hello continuous dialogue

People want to grow, contribute and be seen. In this area of expertise, we create the frameworks and energy for development, recognition and results. From contemporary interview cycles to smart reward models and learning environments where talent can flourish. Everything comes together here: learning, performing and making meaning.

Culture & Collaboration

Bye Bye old habits, Hello change power

People are looking for a culture where you can be yourself. This is in how people interact with each other, in shared language and trust. This area of expertise turns about connection, inclusion and safety. We make core values concrete, provide space to be yourself, and strengthen collaboration. This creates a culture that enthuses people and brings them together.

Wellness & Happiness

Bye bye burnout, hello balance

Work happiness is not a luxury, it is a prerequisite for sustainable employability. In this area of expertise, we create space for energy, recovery and balance. We set up policies to promote mental health, vitality and a healthy work rhythm – without losing sight of the human dimension.

Our vision for HX transformation

In everything we do, we put people first. But that does not mean we lose sight of an organization’s strategic goals – on the contrary. We believe that real impact occurs where humanity and strategy meet. With this conviction, we guide organizations in their transformation towards more people-oriented employment. This is what distinguishes us in approach and mindset:

We believe that Human Experience is not an “extra,” but an essential part of the organizational direction. That is why we always start with the strategy. What do you want to achieve as an organization, and what does that require from your people? We translate strategic ambitions into an HX vision that gives direction and connects people – from management to shop floor.

We combine data, sharp analyses and visionary concepts with a practical approach. Our advice does not remain stuck in models or plans, but is put into practice. We think strategically, but design policy in such a way that it is also feasible, understandable and supported. Because only then will change really work.

We do not see people as a “means” to achieve results – they ARE the organization. Therefore, our approach revolves around eliciting potential. We create space for autonomy, ownership and meaning. Not with standard solutions, but with attention, trust and connection.

Our consultants are broadly educated in HR and experienced in the field. As a result, we always look integrally, across silos and structures. We are involved, curious and not afraid to ask sharp questions. We understand how policy lands on the floor and know that practice is sometimes obstinate. That is why we make sure that plans are not only correct on paper, but also really work in reality.

Change only succeeds when people feel ownership. That is why we always work together – with the client and with each other. Our approach is built on co-creation: we develop together, take people along step by step and build support from day one.

Every organization is unique – so are our solutions. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Our teams combine different expertise and perspectives to provide exactly what fits your issue. That is our strength: customization with vision and craftsmanship.

In short: we bring people back to the heart of your organization. Not with nice words alone, but with well thought-out strategy, supported design and concrete actions. Human. Energetic. Brave. Visionary. Just the way HX is meant to be.

Our approach

Rvdb helps organizations define the vision of being an employer. A vision that is in line with the mission, vision and core values. The vision of employership serves as a framework for all HR instruments, processes and policies within the organization.

Analyzing the current situation

During the analysis we get to know the organization and collect the necessary input. Naturally, we include steps already taken and analyses done, so that this can be done concisely.

  • Desk research current strategy and objectives
  • Interviews with or survey of employees

Defining a vision of being an employer

During an interactive session with the MT, we define the HR vision and answer the question, What kind of employer do you want to be?

We discuss different visions of being an employer to determine which one best suits the organization. We also set priorities within the HR themes based on the chosen vision.

Design of HR tools and policies

Based on a clear vision and prioritization, HR tools and policies can be developed:

  • Working sessions to explore specific themes
  • Designing the solution
  • Review with the project group
  • Elaboration of final design
  • Determine steps toward implementation.

Implementation of HR tools and policies

We can help implement (parts of) the advice and design. Think of a communication plan, training the organization on cultural values, providing feedback or coaching leadership.
