At Rvdb, our School of HX takes center stage. You’ll receive a budget for training and learn according to the 70-20-10 principle: 10% through training, 20% from each other, and 70% on the job. Theory only becomes valuable when you apply it to your work. Our salary model is also based on development: your next step is already mapped out. Whether you HX pprofessional (€150 increase every six months) or hold another position (annual increase based on your Relative Salary Position). We have unwavering faith in your development; we don’t need to measure or evaluate it.
