Development
At Rvdb, our School of HX takes center stage. You’ll receive a budget for training and learn according to the 70-20-10 principle: 10% through training, 20% from each other, and 70% on the job. Theory only becomes valuable when you apply it to your work. Our salary model is also based on development: your next step is already mapped out. Whether you HX pprofessional (€150 increase every six months) or hold another position (annual increase based on your Relative Salary Position). We have unwavering faith in your development; we don’t need to measure or evaluate it.
Connection
We believe in collaboration: with each other, with our clients, and with the world around us. For us, connection means also more than just fun events and a foosball table. Our offices are places where people can meet, exchange ideas, and collaborate. Need to focus? Then work from home. You know best what you need. We encourage hybrid work, offer full reimbursement for public transportation, and organize social events (and vegetarian!) activities. 2. First Round
An introductory meeting at the office where we’ll discuss your skills, experience, perspective on HR, and development goals.
3. Online Assessment
An aptitude test and a personality questionnaire.
4. Second Round
A short role-play and an in-depth interview with two colleagues.
