In this episode, we continue our conversation about generations. Under the guidance of Lieveke Peeters, People & Culture Consultant at Rvdb, you can once again hear our colleagues Eveline Marcus, Stefanie Tammes, Sten van der Heijden and Karen den Hartog. In our previous episode, we talked about the generation gap, and whether it actually exists. And while we definitely experience differences between people and groups of people, the general conclusion seemed to be that “the gap” doesn’t really seem to exist. Until we came to talk about the term “quiet quitting,” the trend in which employees do nothing more than the necessary in their jobs. That led to a discussion about work ethic, the definition of responsibility and even identity. In this episode, you can hear how the rest of the conversation went. Have fun listening!
