In addition to a talent program focused on HR, Rvdb also offers the option of a talent program focused on recruitment. To what extent do these programs differ from each other? What trends and developments do our Interim Professionals see in the market and at their clients? And what do they experience there and internally at Rvdb? Isa and Florine answer these – and many more – questions. They started in the Recruitment Talent Program at about the same time and have both spent the past two years in different roles at various organizations.
This podcast provides a glimpse into the working lives of our Interim Professionals (colloquially IP) at Rvdb.
In a series of interviews, you will hear a new, sociable duo speak each time. They are following a multi-year talent program at Rvdb in the HR or recruitment field. During this process they will be seconded to various clients and principals and Rvdb will focus on their personal and professional development.
They will discuss this with each other using stimulating dilemmas, propositions and questions, which will be randomly drawn from a pot by the host present. They will exchange their experiences and share their views on the profession and on working as interim staff at Rvdb. There will also be stimulating discussions on trends and developments within the profession.
