In a series of interviews, you will hear a new, sociable duo speak each time. They are following a multi-year program at Rvdb in the field of HR or Recruitment. Or they are working as Entrepreneurs at Rvdb, a new construction in which the interim professional is in charge of the assignments he or she carries out. During this entrepreneurial construction they are seconded to various clients and principals and Rvdb focuses on their personal and professional development. Today it is Glenn and Sanja’s turn, both Entrepreneurs at Rvdb. They will discuss with each other by means of stimulating dilemmas, propositions and questions, randomly drawn from a pot by moderator Nienke. They will exchange their experiences and share their views on the profession and on working as interim staff at Rvdb. Stimulating discussions on trends and developments within the profession will also take place.
