In addition to our extensive pool of in-house Interim HR Professionals, we are also in daily contact with external independent HR Professionals. Some were once associated with Rvdb as HR or Recruitment trainees and continue their HR careers as self-employed. Others have a long track record as self-employed and have often completed several assignments through Rvdb. In any case, we know them through and through. We understand their needs and know where their strengths lie. It is therefore no exception if a freelancer and client ultimately opt for employment.

Quality in content and speed in process certainly go hand in hand with us. This is also how we make an impact.

Across HR, these professionals fulfill their interim HR assignments: generalist roles such as a.i. HR Business Partner to a.i. HR Director and specialist roles such as a.i. HR Technology Manager to a.i. Recruiter. The rates of these HR professionals are usually higher than for our secondment candidates, but they often bring highly specialized knowledge given their HR expertise.
