Our HX professionals are on payroll at Rvdb, and they are available at a competitive hourly rate appropriate to their level of experience. Please feel free to contact us for a customized indication.
How much experience do HX professionals have?
Our junior and mid-level HX professionals (0–5 years of experience) have been carefully selected for their eagerness to learn, people-oriented approach, and ability to drive change. Through the Traineeship, they build a solid and well-rounded HR profile.
Our senior HX professionals (6–10 years of experience) bring strategic HR expertise to the table. HX Consultants also have extensive experience as HR Business Partners, project managers, and change managers, and offer broad expertise for complex assignments.
What can I hire an HX profesional for?
Our HX professionals step in to assist with a wide range of HR tasks: from recruitment and HR support to policy and leadership. Our HX Consultants tackle the bigger issues — such as developing a new performance cycle, shaping cultural change, leadership development, or guiding reorganizations. How much guidance do they receive from Rvdb?
Every HX professional in the Traineeship program receives personalized guidance from a Talent Manager, takes training courses through our School of HX, and is part of our community. This allows them to develop quickly and build a strong network. Our HX Consultants work in pairs and can always bounce ideas off 120 other HX professionals. As a result, they bring knowledge and practical experience from various industries to every assignment.
As a client, can I also expect guidance or evaluation moments?
Yes. We’ll stay for every Throughout the project, we’ll stay in active contact with you as the client. From the start, we’ll work together to establish clear agreements on our goals and approach, and we’ll check in regularly along the way to see how things are going. This helps us keep energy levels high, ensure a smooth collaboration, and maximize our impact.
How long can I use an HX professional?
Our HX professionals are available for assignments lasting three months or longer, depending on your organization’s needs. Our HX Consultants typically work on projects lasting from four months to two years, often for a few days a week. In both cases, it is possible to extend the assignment.
Can I hire an HX professional on a permanent basis?
When there’s a mutual connection, we’re happy to brainstorm the possibilities with you. That doesn’t apply to our HX Consultants; they work exclusively on an interim and project basis.
How flexible are HX professionals in terms of location and working hours?
We encourage hybrid work and oour HX professionals are flexible in terms of location and working hours —of course always in close consultation with you, the client. Our HX Consultants also carefully coordinate their schedules, especially when they’re working for multiple clients.
