Our HX professionals are on payroll at Rvdb, and they are available at a competitive hourly rate appropriate to their level of experience. Please feel free to contact us for a customized indication.

Our junior and medior HX professionals have between 0 and 5 years of work experience in HR or related positions. They are carefully selected for their eagerness to learn, people-oriented outlook and power to change. Within the Traineeship they build a broad and solid HR profile. We also employ Senior HX professionals who already have longer (6-10 years) strategic HR experience. They too are on Rvdb’s payroll and perform interim assignments from Rvdb.

They are deployed on a variety of HR assignments: from recruitment and HR support to collaborating on policy and managerial responsibilities. We always look for a good match between HX professional and assignment.

Every HX professional who follows the HX Traineeship receives personal guidance from a Talent Manager, attends training through our School of HX and is part of our community. So they develop at lightning speed and have a large knowledge network from which to draw.

Yes. We maintain regular contact with you as a client, a fdependent on the level of the HX professional. Together with the Talent Manager, we formulate the learning objectives and the framework of the assignment at the start. Then, together we monitor the progress of the assignment and the development of the HX professional. This way we ensure maximum impact.

HX professionals are available for assignments of at least three months. They often stay for six to nine months or longer, depending on the need within your organization. Extending the assignment is also often a possibility.

When there is a click from both sides, we are happy to think about the possibilities.

We encourage hybrid working, and our HX professionals are accustomed to being flexible with location and working hours – in coordination with your needs as a client, of course.
