After the Traineeship you can various sides. You can Join to join our Team HX CConsultancy, staying with your client, or choosing an internal position such as Talent Manager, start working as a freelancer, or move onadvancing as SSenior HX Professional with a fixed or commission-based salary. Whichever you choose, your professional growth doesn’t stop here—this is just the beginning.

Interim professional with a permanent position at

During the HX Traineeship you are with us employed and you will carry out temporary assignments at various interesting clients. You always stay connected to your home base : Rvdb. Depending on where you live, this is from our office in AmsRotterdam or Eindhoven.
