At Rvdb, our School of HX takes center stage. You receive a budget for training and learn according to the 70-20-10 principle: 10% through training, 20% from each other and 70% in practice. Theory only acquires value when you apply it to your work. Our salary model is also based on development: your next step is already determined. Whether you are HX professional are (€150 growth every six months) or hold another position (annual growth based on your Relative Salary Position). We have a firm belief in your development; we don’t need to measure or assess that.
