The HX Traineeship is designed for curious and people-oriented HR professionals with 0 to 4 years of work experience. Whether you are just starting out or already have some experience: this program offers tailor-made solutions that fit your development. You are eager to learn, looking for depth and connection. You wants to want to be part of a vibrant community and are open to interim assignments, because that variety gives you gives you energy.

During the HX Traineeship you will perform temporary assignments at various organizations and in different HR positions. This is how you discover what really suits you, develop a broad perspective of the profession and quickly build valuable experience. Every assignment offers new challenges and opportunities to make an impact. This way you not only grow as HX professional, but also as a human being.

After the Traineeship you can various sides. You can transfer to our Consultancy team, stay with your client, choose an internal position such as Talent Manager, working as a freelancer, or moving onflow as Senior HX professional with a fixed or turnover-based salary. Whatever you choose: your development doesn’t stop here – this is just the beginning.

The HX Traineeship is an ongoing vacancy with no fixed start date. So do you want to travel first, take a gap year or Pick up a side project? No problem! Learning through School of HX

You are never alone: a personal Talent Manager guides you, tracks your development and helps you make the most of the Traineeship and your assignments. So you learn in a way that really suits you, with room for growth, reflection and direction.

Interimmer with a permanent basis

During the HX Traineeship you are with us employed and you will carry out temporary assignments at various interesting clients. You always stay connected to your home base : Rvdb. Depending on where you live, this is from our office in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Eindhoven.
