Rvdb Insights: Lecture by Chi Lueng Chiu on the Collaborative Human Being

🎙️ In this episode, we take you through a lecture by Chi Lueng Chiu, a work and organizational psychologist, owner and director of Chivo, and scientific advisor at Moralys. Drawing on his white paper *Homo collaboratus*, Chi shows how we can work toward a new view of humanity: no longer *homo economicus*, but *homo collaboratus* —the collaborative human. He argues that collaboration is deeply rooted in our nature. It is what has made us successful as humanity and what binds us together. He explains the psychological and moral foundations of flourishing. And he summarizes this in an almost moral imperative: organizations must be structured in such a way that they do not treat people as mere tools, but do justice to humanity itself. Together with my colleague Sanja Mirkovic, we’re exploring what HR professionals can learn from his insights.

🎧 Have fun listening!
