In OpenUp’s model, the paying party is not the health insurance company, but the employer. And so they promote an open and healthy work culture within organizations, with the desired result being an increase in engagement and job happiness and a decrease in absenteeism and turnover.
It is not for nothing, then, that in the five years they have only existed, more than 1,500 organizations in Europe are already using the platform, making a positive impact on the mental well-being of more than 300,000 employees and their families.
