Our story:
from HR to HX
Rvdb was founded on February 1, 1992 by Willem Raymakers and Colette Kayser, under the name RaymakersKayser. Their ambition: to renew the world of HR by connecting organizations and people in a sustainable way.
In the years that followed, Rvdb grew into a leading agency in the areas of HR secondment, recruitment & selection, Traineeships and HR advice. With a strong focus on personal development, our own community and training programs, we developed generations of HR professionals.
But the world is changing – and the HR profession is changing with it. Technological acceleration, social issues, and a growing call for meaning require a new approach.

We believe that it is no longer just about processes and structures, but about people’s experience in work and organization. We want to contribute to work environments where people thrive, organizations remain agile and change is embraced.
