An HR Business Partner (HRBP), also known as an HR Partner, is a human resources (HR) professional who plays a strategic role within an organization. Rather than just performing traditional HR tasks, such as managing personnel files and handling administrative tasks, an HR Business Partner focuses on understanding the organization’s business goals and strategies and works with the management team to develop and implement HR initiatives that help achieve those goals.

What is the difference between an HR Business Partner and HR Advisor?
