Interim HR Integration and Rewards Specialist

Interim HR Integration & Reward Specialist | max. €87,50 per hour I Salary max €7000

In this role you support an international carve-out, in which a business unit is being separated and transitioned into a standalone organisation.

You will act as the connecting link between HR, Reward, Payroll, HRIS, Operations, Legal and the project team, combining strong C&B expertise with process and systems thinking.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the impact on compensation, benefits and reward governance
• Designing and adapting C&B programmes for the new organisation
• Mapping current HR and reward processes and designing future-state processes
• Benchmarking, data analysis and scenario modelling
• Working with HRIS, Payroll and IT on data, migration and testing
• Identifying process gaps, risks and dependencies
• Safeguarding employee experience and business continuity throughout the transition
