Despite these hefty investments, the hoped-for improvements in employee well-being are failing to materialize, and demand for mental health care is actually growing worldwide. <\/p>\n<p id=\"\" class=\"P1 mb-6\">Numerous recent studies show that these programs often fall short, in part because they emphasize individual solutions rather than the broader systems and contexts that affect employee well-being.<\/p>\n<p id=\"\" class=\"P1 mb-6\">To explore this further, we engage with Arosha Brewer, CEO and founder of Quan, our HX Friend in Health &amp; Happiness.<\/p>\n<p id=\"\" class=\"P1 mb-6\">Also joining us is Rita Zijlstra, Director at Zorg van de Zaak, an occupational health network.
