This means that we look beyond the function or role, and focus on their full humanity. It is about being curious about each other, wondering together and trusting. That is the core of Human Experience (HX) at Rvdb.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">What does that mean specifically? That we not only look at the position you hold, but above all at you as a person. You are more than just an employee: you may be an early 7:30 a.m. starter, a hobby tennis player, a pasta lover and an Eindhoven native. And just as likely, your employer is a parent with broken nights, an evening touch-up worker, a hobby cyclist or someone who loves a long vacation. We use the 70-20-10 learning principle: learning from training (10%), from each other (20%) and especially on the job (70%). Everyone gets a personal budget for training.
