As a founding partner of   <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">The HRtop100\u2014an initiative we launched together <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">with HRCommunity\u2014we felt that in 2023 it was <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">high time to speak out emphatically on this issue.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Since then <span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">,<\/span> we have been hosting the <span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">\u201cEmpowering Human Experience\u201d category<\/span> at the HRtop100 event <span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">.<\/span><\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><strong>HR Leaders Speak Out<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"p2\">As a podcast host, I sit down with ten HR leaders every year to  <span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">discussion about their views on this topic. Because we believe that the   <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">The future calls for a different perspective on people and organizations.  <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">Not driven by standardization, efficiency, and KPIs,  <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); font-size: 1rem;\">but through customization, connection, and emotion.
