Some were once associated with Rvdb as HR or Recruitment trainees and continue their HR careers as self-employed. Others have a long track record as self-employed and have often completed several assignments through Rvdb. In any case, we know them through and through. We understand their needs and know where their strengths lie. It is therefore no exception if a freelancer and client ultimately opt for employment. <\/p>\n

Across HR, these professionals fulfill their interim HR assignments<\/a>: generalist roles such as a.i. HR Business Partner<\/b> to a.i. HR Director<\/b> and specialist roles such as a.i. HR Technology Manager<\/b> to a.i. Recruiter<\/b>.
