Rvdb considers privacy to be important within our organisation and our field of work. In this privacy statement, we explain how we handle your personal data (such as your name, e-mail address and CV data).
Rvdb is part of the private company RaymakersKayser Personeel en Organisatie BV and is responsible for processing your details.
This statement only applies to the Rvdb part of the legal company.
Together with you, Rvdb wants to shape the future of HR by getting the best out of you, your team and/or your organization. To achieve this for you and with you, we will in some cases enter into agreements with you or request specific permission where necessary. We use your data to develop you, to select you, to connect you with other organisations, to provide you with information about the market and our company so that you are well informed at all times. We also need to collect data to fulfil our administrative obligations.
We never sell your data to other organisations. In order to achieve our goals, we make use of external organisations. For example, to provide support for assessments, newsletters, etc., but also, for example, for financial settlement. In a number of cases we provide your data to external parties (where necessary). We do this for example for assessments and personality tests (Eelloo), sending newsletters (HelloDialog), invoice and payment details (Yoobi) and event registrations (PixelIndustries).

It is also possible that we are legally obliged by government agencies or other parties to hand over your data. In that case, we will only share the strictly necessary information. Of course we will inform you when this happens, unless this is legally prohibited.
Rvdb will not store your data any longer than necessary and, if applicable, in accordance with the legal retention periods. In general, this means that all financial information will be kept for seven years and that your information will be kept in our applications until your consent changes. We regularly ask for this. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We take strict measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. Do you suspect that your data is not properly secured or that there are indications of abuse? Please report this to us via info@rvdb.nl so that we can take immediate action.
You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. Mail your request to info@rvdb.nl. You will receive a response within one week.

Revoke consent or object
You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Rvdb.
Deleting data
In addition to withdrawing your consent or objection, you also have the right to request that your personal details be deleted.
You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can request an extract of your data from us in a readable format (for example, in Excel), so that you can easily forward it to another party.
